"Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK."
Danny - age 7
"Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more. My Mommy and Daddy are like that. They look gross when they kiss."
Emily - age 8
Us humans are kind of funny. We show love through our mouths. With the words we say. When we cook for others. Like when I made you coffee in the mornings.
And then, the kisses. Our mouths are connections filled with nerves. We sense it all though our mouths. And then we exchange it all: the energy, the chemistry, the togetherness. Our mouths become one.
I wanna kiss someone new. And I know who he is already.
Maybe soon. And then maybe (just maybe) make him some coffee in the morning. This time he's a great guy. I know. I know.
